Let's face it, when you release a new technology for the living room like 3D TV that costs lots of money it often takes a while for most consumers to upgrade. The most likely group of consumers to whip you those credit cards early are gamers. Gamers are used to spending money early on technology and The NVIDIA 3DTV Play system is software that will let the gamer connect a laptop or desktop computer running a 3D-ready GeForce GPU to the 3D TV in their living Those who already use the 3D Vision system will get the software free once it releases later this year. Presumably, the software will work with active 3D glasses that come with 3D TVs too, by NVIDIA isn't specific on that point. Source:Shane McGlaun
